Katie has over 20 years experience helping teams and individuals reach their goals in a fast and productive manner. Katie has served as consultant, designed curriculum, trained, and produced educational events for executives, entrepreneurs, non profits, educators, students, and judges in the US and internationally. She has been managing and working with virtual teams since 1999. Katie identifies her year studying abroad (visiting 12 different countries) while getting her degree from Santa Clara University as the time when she first had the desire to create a work-style where geographic location did not matter.

Katie received an Enterprising Women of the Year Honorable Mention, is an M3 Award winner from Count Me In, has been named a “Daring Doer” by Tory Johnson, and is a sought after speaker, trainer, and media source. She started Assistant Match while living in San Francisco, and now splits her time between Baltimore and Silicon Valley with her husband, and two young children. When not working, Katie loves to travel, dance, see live music, cook and spend time outdoors.
